How much does local delivery cost?

Delivery within Singapore is S$7 per delivery and we offer free delivery for orders over S$100.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery time within Singapore will be within 3-5 working days from the time of order placed.

If I am living outside of Singapore, how much will delivery charges be?

For countries within Asia, it will cost S$25 per delivery. If you order is over S$250, delivery will be FREE. 

For countries in other regions (besides Asia) it is S$45 per delivery. We offer Free Delivery for orders over S$350.

How long will delivery of orders take to countries outside of Singapore?

For deliveries to all countries outside of Singapore will be within 7 working days* from the time of order placed. 

*Possible delays may be occur due to delivery and customs clearance. Do note that there may be duties and taxes incurred at destination which you may need to pay for.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that the item you ordered is damaged upon arrival, do contact our customer service at or you can also check our exchange and replacement policy

It will be advisable to add our email to your address book or check your folder to ensure that you receive our emails.

What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your shipment after 14 working days, please contact us at stating your order number so that we can assist in the tracking of your order.



How can I can make a purchase on

• Login to at the top right hand corner of the page.

• Go to the page “Shop” and click “Add to Cart” for the items you wish to purchase. 
• To view the items in your cart, click on the ‘View my shopping cart’ link located at the top right corner of the page.
• If you have an applicable ‘Coupon Code’, or 'Gift Certificate' enter it and click ‘Apply’. The total price will be updated with the discount. 
• Fill in all details for ACCOUNT information, select your DELIVERY METHOD and PAYMENT METHOD and you’re all set.

When placing orders, what happens if I should encounter problems and unable to purchase online?

If you should encounter any issue placing an order with us, do leave us your contact by sending an email to and we will revert within a working day to address the issue. 

Please add our email to your address book or check your spam/junk folder to ensure that you receive our emails.

How will I know if my order has gone through successfully?

Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email of successful payment through PayPal/Stripe, and another from Kii Skincare with the details of your order. This email is also your receipt for your own records. It will include your order number, the items and the respective prices, as well as your shipping address.


We currently accept local (Singapore) and international credit and debit card payment (Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards). 

Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment. We are unable to amend orders once order and payment are confirmed 

• You will be able to select your payment by Stripe or by PayPal. If you select to pay using Stripe, you can immediately key in your credit card details without leaving

• If you select to pay using PayPal, you will be directed to the secured PayPal site where you may select either the “Pay with my PayPal account” or “Pay with my credit or debit card” option. Once the payment is successful, you will be automatically directed back

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it has been processed. Review your order from the “Order History” section of your customer account by clicking “My Account” in our shop.
